Licensing agreement
Here’s what our UI Markt License allows for each item available for purchase or download on uimarkt.com. If you are purchasing for multiple team members, please support creators by selecting the appropriate team license at checkout. The UI Markt License grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital product (“Item”).
What you CAN do:
• Use Items to create unlimited end products for personal or client projects. • License, sub-license, and distribute end projects for personal or client use. • Modify, manipulate, or combine Items with other works to create derivative products, subject to this license. • Use the same Item in multiple projects with this multi-use license.
What you CANNOT do:
• Resell, re-distribute, or share the source files of the Item, even with modifications. • Create and sell themes, templates, or derivative works based on the Item on any marketplace. • Resell or distribute downloaded assets on any platform, including private channels or bots. Important: Violation of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Sample end products:
End products include but are not limited to commercial or personal websites, mobile apps, web apps, games, wireframes, presentations, and videos.
Other licensing terms:
In some cases, components of an Item may be sourced from external creators and subject to different licensing terms (such as open-source or creative commons licenses). These will be identified by the author in the Item description or download files, and their specific license terms will apply to those components. The author retains ownership of the Item but grants you the license under these terms. This license is a direct agreement between the author and you. UI Markt is not a party to this agreement.
